How to take body measurements.

1. Neck:

Place the measuring tape below Adam's apple and keep the measuring tape 3cm above the seventh cervical vertebra. The measuring tape should be parallel to the neck cross-section. One finger in the measuring tape, It is advisable to be slightly tight(Add 2cm is the finished collar size).











2. Chest:

Run the measuring tape around the fullest part of the chest. Two fingers in the measuring tape, not too tight or too loose.













3. Stomach:

Measure around the narrowest part of the waist. Two fingers in the measuring tape, not too tight or too loose.











4. Belly:

Measure the fullest part of the belly, with two fingers in the measuring tape, not too tight or too loose.










5. Waist

Measure around the top of the pant waist (not the belt), at the height where the customer wants the pants to stay. Two fingers in the measuring tape, not too tight or too loose. Can deduct 1cm according to customer dressing habit.











6. Hip

Stand naturally and measure around the fullest part of the hips. Two fingers in the measuring tape, not too tight or too loose.











7. Shoulder

Measure from the right shoulder point to the left shoulder point. The measuring tape should touch the Seventh cervical vertebra.











8. Front Shoulder

Keep the measuring tape straight. Measure from the right shoulder point to the left shoulder point.












9. Sleeve length

Place one end of the measuring tape where the right shoulder point is. Measure along the arm down to the first knuckle of the middle finger. Deduct 4cm for men's sleeve length.





















10. Bicep

Please measure around the bicep at its fullest point. Hold one finger between the bicep and the measuring tape.












11. Wrist

Measure around the wrist with one finger inside the measuring tape, not too tight or loose.













12. Nape to waist

First, locate the elastic band on the narrow part of the waist (where you take the stomach measurement). Then measure from the seventh cervical vertebra to the white line of the elastic band.












13. Front waist length

First, locate the neck-shoulder-point which is the height point of the junction of the shoulder and neck(On quarter of the neck's diameter from the back). Then measure from the neck-shoulder-point to the white line of the elastic band.








































14. Back waist height

On the back, measure from the white line ofthe elastic band to the top of the waistband.










15. Front waist height

On the front,measure from the white line of elastic band to the top of the waistband.












  1. Thigh

Measure from the crotch point around the fullest part of the thigh. With two fingers inside the measuring tape, not too tight or too loose.












17. Outseam

Measure from the top of the waistband to the junction of the sole and upper of the shoes which is the regular length or you can measure to where the client wants it to be.

























18. Calf

Measure around the fullest part of the calf with one finger inside of the measuring tape, make sure it is not too tight.












19. U-rise

Measure from the back of the waistband down to the crotch, and then up to the front of the waistband, to the point where the top of the front waistband would be (with the desired comfort and tightness).























20. Back length

Measure from the Seventh cervical vertebra down to the bottom of the butt then deduct 2cm which is the regular jacket length.
